Those homes often have large expanses of glass, multiple levels, outbuildings and specific expectations about how work gets done. We help property managers keep that glass and the outside of the home in good shape.
We clean windows by hand, the way we have since 2005. Each pane gets a scrub, a squeegee finish and a towel detail, and frames, sills and tracks get wiped. Our crews work from ladders and don't use water-fed poles. If a window is beyond safe ladder reach, we'll tell you plainly.
Big Sky homes and seasonal schedules
Big Sky homes follow the seasons. Many owners and guests arrive for ski season or summer, and the house needs to be ready before they do. We can schedule window cleaning before arrivals, between stays, and after the snow melts to clear the winter's water spots and mud splash. Working with your process
We'll follow your access, key and alarm procedures, check in and out the way you prefer, and keep notes on each property so every visit goes the same way. If you manage several homes, send them to us together and we'll build one plan. When we notice something outside our scope, like a cracked pane, failed seal or roof damage, we'll let you know so you can call the right trade.
We keep client information private and don't share owner names or property details.

How a visit works
It starts with your request. Tell us about the property, what you want done and any timing that matters, and we'll follow up with an estimate. On the day of the work, our crew goes over the plan with you or follows the notes you've given us, then gets to work. We set ladders carefully around landscaping and decks, take care around finishes inside the home, and check the work before we leave. If anything comes up that's outside what we do, or that we can't reach safely, we'll tell you plainly rather than guess. When we're done, we clean up after ourselves.
